Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a cozy stay at this hotel. The rooms were indeed rather small but comfortable and well fitted out, typical for Paris. The service was outstanding, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Paris. The dining experience was satisfactory, although not exceptional. Overall, a good value for money option in a great location.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while furnished nicely, were quite small, and we had to pay extra for a more acceptable size for two people. The service was friendly and efficient, but check-in took longer due to room cleaning delays. The location was excellent, walking distance to key attractions, although it could get a bit noisy. The dining options were good overall, but encountering a fly in my coffee was off-putting.
The hotel's location is quite convenient, within walking distance to the Opera and close to restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms, though not matching the pictures on the website, are slightly small but well-equipped with plenty of utilities and a great shower. However, cleanliness was an issue during my stay. The service, despite taking more than 30 minutes to check us in, was lovely and to a great standard. The staff were excellent, attentive, and offered various services such as room service and laundry. The dining options, although listed as until 10 am during the week and then charged €19 for, were limited but fresh and tasteful. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory. Overall, the location is fabulous but requires transportation to main touristy destinations.
The hotel has spacious and very comfortable rooms, but can be a pain with heavy luggage due to the illogically small size. The outstanding service is very helpful, friendly, and professional, including staff who speak multiple languages. The fantastic location offers easy access to attractions and good shopping, near stations and popular department stores. The dining options provide a wide choice of good quality food. The facilities are well-rounded, catering to various needs.
The hotel offers rooms that are well-furnished but felt underwhelming for the price, making it suitable for business travelers or couples passing through. The service provided by Leni and Sammy stood out as excellent, with private dealings and helpful assistance. The location is top-notch, with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions, although the pricing could be compared to other hotels. The dining experience was satisfying with freshly baked pastries, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I found the hotel to be quite small, but it was clean and had upscale Mercure bedding. The services like the iPhone/iPad dock station, Nespresso machine, free minibar, cosmetics, bathrobe, and slippers were a nice touch. The staff, despite taking a bit long to check us in, were helpful and welcoming, providing good recommendations and assistance. The location was very convenient, close to various attractions and easy access to transportation. The dining experience was decent, but the breakfast finished early on both mornings. Overall, it was a nice stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel's location was ideal with convenient access to bars and restaurants, but there were slight disappointments. The rooms were beautifully appointed but snug for two. The service was friendly and helpful, yet there was a slight hiccup. The dining options were satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
