decent stay with a few minor issues

convenient location friendly staff extended checkout small room water bottle paper cups

the hotel has a superb location for transport links and food options i found the staff to be friendly and polite too they even extended our checkout for a couple of hours to accommodate our departure this was a big help. the breakfast was also a great addition. it provided a good start to the day.

the cups were paper and they disintegrated after use with hot tea so they were not reusable.

I found the location quite convenient. It was very close to transport and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful with requests.

i felt a bit let down by some aspects of my stay. the gym was smaller than expected. it lacked some essential equipment. also, the breakfast area felt quite crowded during peak hours. securing a table was often a challenge, breakfast area was crowded

great location staff friendliness small room room rearrangement

the location was really great, and near many attractions. i also liked the staff friendliness i encountered there. it was a nice infrastructure overall. i like its near shopping malls and public transport.

the first room was quite small. we were not even able to easily fit our luggage without some rearrangements so that was a problem. then we got moved to a bigger room and that was ok.

great location nearby metro excellent breakfast efficient staff

the location was great, near printemps and galeries lafayette. i walked to many sights, and metro lines were nearby (it was very easy to get around). the breakfast blew me away. i really appreciated starting the day well fed.

the bathroom tiles showed wear, with some breaking and patched areas in the shower.

the breakfast offered salmon, eggs cooked to order, crêpes, and pancakes. it was a varied buffet, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. the staff worked very efficiently in the breakfast room.
